Hi;

could you help me, the manual for this product is not helpful in how I download music to the picture frame, other than it has to be in mp3 format.

Thanks,

- Hi:
I turned the frame on.
I had to buy an usb cable to connet to the computer and to the usb port on frame (it did not bring any cables).
I went to my computer and I do not see any "Removable disc".
I installed the "Laplink file Mover" software that came with cable.
(I see that is more for moving files between computers).
Any suggestions as to what to do next?
Thanks,

Yurispola

Hi,

Power ON the frame.

Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB port on the side panel of the Digital Photo Frame.

Connect the larger end of the USB cable to the USB port on your computer.

You will see some extra "Removable Disc" drives in "My Computer" -- One for each of the memory card slots on the Digital Photo Frame.

And the last one is for the Internal Memory of the frame. Double-click on the last "Removable Disc" icon to access the internal memory of the frame.

From here you can copy images and music files to the frame. You need to transfer the images or music files into this folder (which is the internal memory of the frame).

Copy the files from your computer and paste them in this folder.

The picture files should be in the "standard JPEG" format and the music files should be in the "mp3" format.

To disconnect the Digital Photo Frame from your computer:
In Windows, on the bottom taskbar, right click the icon which appears in a green color, (this icon has an arrow pointing towards the left) and select "Safely Remove Hardware".

The Safely Remove Hardware" dialog box will appear.

Select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click "STOP"
On the next dialog box, click "OK" to remove the storage device.

On the next dialog box, select "CLOSE" and disconnect the USB cable from your computer.

Now you should be able to see the pictures on the digital photo frame.

Now you can play.

Good Luck.

- Hi,

Have you checked in the device manager whether the drivers are installed & the drive is listed in there or not.

If it is listed just turn of the frame & wait for some time.

And turn it back on, it should be detected now.

Or

Restart the system & see.

If it is not detected in the device manager.

Turn off the frame.

Completely remove the traces of the software & the drivers.

Then restart the system.

No need to install any additional software to transfer the files.

Just copy the files needed to be transferrd & paste in the destination folder which is the internal memory of the frame.

This device is a USB no need to install any additional drivers as it will automatically install as soon as you connect the device after turning on the system.

Good Luck.
