my camcorder has gone into safeguard mode and it will not open the tape deck. it says to detach and reattach the battery. this does not help. what do I do. please email me: mmcdaniel@ricetec.com thanks! michelle

GuruJust remove the cover and connect 3v dc supply to the loading motor opposite way the motor will work reverse and cassette will come out and then fix back every thing as it was and then put a new cassette.
