Soapy water stains under sealed glass cooktop 4...

I was trying to clean the sealed cups around the burner which are under the cooking grate and I added soapy water and let it sit there for a while
to loosen the ground in burnt food stains. It appears some of the soapy water got under the glass and their are stains of soapy water that has run showing up underneath. Please help this is my daughter-in-laws cooktop.
