Here's the link, (click here), open the link and select "I Accept the above" and click
"Next". On the next page, you'll see all the available lists of the
Audio codecs, click one of the "Go" corresponding to your operating
system's name i.e. windows xp (32 bit or 64 bit), save the file and install it.
But you have to install Microsoft UAA Bus driver for High Definition Audio, before the Realtek Driver, (click here to download)
Without installing Microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio, you'll never be able to install the Realtek High Definition Audio driver.

Hiii, to download the driver for your ASUS motherboard, please visit this website i.e. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us Here, you just specify your requirement or scan your pc for driver as a new user. You can find your latest sound driver here. After downloading the driver you just install it one by one and after single installation please reboot your computer.
