Question about iRiver X20 MP3 Player
If you open up the battery cover, you should see 6 tiny philips screws to undo, as well as two on the side of the player, opposite the headphone jack, underneath two little gray cover discs. Don't worry about opening up the player, it stays in relatively one piece besides the screws and the case. Once you undo the screws, you should be able to carefully pry open the case down the sides of the player, opening it up will expose you to the backside of the screen cover, as well as the screen itself. Just wipe it all down, and when you're satisfied, pop the cover back together, and throw those screws right back in! Pretty easy! I did have your same problem. This is what I know to do about it.
