Question about Coleman Mach 15 Air Conditioner
Check the capacitor. You probably have one capacitor that controls both the compressor and fan. If that isn't it, check the contactor and make sure that it pulls in when the thermostat calls for the A/C to come on. Also check the voltage on the line side and load side of the contactor. I have seen some with voltage on the line side but it wasn't making it to the load side.
