a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Jan 01, 2013 | Dell Computers & Internet
Uninstalling the Client Services for Netware feature will enable the Fast User Switching option on your computer.
It is an easy process, and you can do it yourself by following these instructions.
Go to the "Start" menu.
Double click on "Control Panel."
Double click on "Network Connections."
Right click on "Local Area Connection" and select "Properties."
This will bring up the "Local Area Connection Properties" dialogue window.
Highlight the "Client Services for Netware" by clicking on it once.
Click on "Uninstall" in the same dialogue window.
Follow the instructions.
After the uninstall action has been completed, click on "OK" in the same dialogue window.
Hope this helps
