Question about Televison & Video
It sounds like you have the dvd player set to the incorrect picture setting.
You need to make sure that bothe the tv and the dvd player are set on to either 'Auto' or 'Pal'or 'NTSC' depending on your region.
The chances are this is in relation to the TV picture settings and not the dvd player. I hope this helps. Good luck.
