Zune problem (by 3 users)
my zune was working great than one day it wouldnt let me play any songs it said this file does not exsist than i turned it off for the night to see if the problem would go away no luck so the next day i reset it and when it turned on it would not load now all i get is a gray steps screen that say please plug in to your computer and restore the zune device firmware but when i tried i didnt know what the hell i was doing and it wouldnt let me access the program anyway please help thank you

it said to open software and restore software but i tried and it said that zune is up to date but still doesn't work

my zune was working great & oneday it fell on screen to the floor from my desk at school & when i raised it up, all i got was a gray steps screen that say please plug in to your computer and restore the zune device firmware but when i tried it was to no avail. please help me cuz i really love my zune, thank you! my email address is (emma2gh@yahoo.com)
