We were on a few days ago, but are unable to get back on now. there are 5 lights. The first 3 are on, the 4 one is not (internet) and the 5 one blinks now and then. How do I get it to work?

If I turn it off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on again I am able to connect with ease. But It won't keep a connection for more than a few hours at a time before I lose the connection again.-   fblee

Hello,

It seems that there is some problem with your authentication.
Assuming that there is no problem with ISP account, Open Internet explorer - clear the address bar and type the IP address 192.168.0.1 and hit enter key. now you will see "Login" button on left side - Click on it - It will show you the username(email address) and password - If you find any discrepancy in this information or the fields are blank, please re-type it. Click on the "Connect" button. Now you should be able to connect to internet.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by dumping AT&T and got cable.
