Samsung video door intercom SAV-410y monitor has gone grey and fuzzy and jumping

Aiphone intercom systems are very restricted in what you can and cannot connect. Also the type of functionality you require is determined by the master station that you have. With apartment system VC6M you will be able to configure very specific modules which can be viewed at this site and this is not much.

Fuzzy on the internet and everything else or fuzzy just on the internet? check for monitor resolution and see if you have the screen resolution set right. If you have the resolution set too low, the screen can appear more fuzzy if the aspect ratio is not set right.

Your samsung wouldn't by chance happen to have a Video Card made by Nvidia would it? If so maybe you got one of the defects.

I'm assuming that you have tested the other monitor by using another cable so in that case the video card on your pc is dying, replace it.

Try another known good working monitor on your computer, if the screen looks good then you know the monitor is bad. If the known good working monitor looks fuzzy as well then you know the video card is bad on it and would need to be replaced.

Uninstall the video driver from the Computer, restart the Computer then reinstall it. Furthermore, check for any updates for the video drivers.

You may also connect the monitor to any other normally functioning Computer to check if the lines remain there.

If it's so then the monitor requires servicing.

Friend your problem focusses on to hardware. first try to check your video card clean or change then after try to use the monitor.if it still appears the same. 2nd try to use your monitor in other pc.if still appears. the problem is your monitor. if you knew somebody around that could fix tv or appliances let him see your monitor.there maybe one of the capacitor in the monitor that is damage or burn out.let him change it. so that it will work again in condition. good luck.
