Hi!
First of all I want to know whether you are an experienced user (comfortable with the PCs) or not. Because I have to provide a more detailed and understandable explanation and a solution to the problem otherwise.
Before going to a discussion of your problem I have to ask a few questions from you to get a better understanding of the issue and to know hot and from which component/application raised it.

  1. What is the Operating System you use?
  2. What is the Browser you use?
  3. Do you use Yahoo Messenger? - Version has to be 9.0
  4. Which Application reported this error?
  5. Do you use Firefox and is that the application which Reported the error?
  6. Do you use Plug-ins or Toolbars from Yahoo with the Browser?
  7. Is the Browser Up-to-date?
  8. Have you looked at your System Date/Time settings?
  9. Have you recently Installed/Un-installed any application?
  10. Do you use a Firewall (it might block the port)?
  11. Can you go to other Secure Web Sites? Which uses https with SSL (such as Yahoo Login Page which has a Padlock to show that it uses SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. HTTPS is Secure HTTP)

Solution will depend on the Answers you will provide.
Symptoms:
Us.data.toolbar.yahoo.com.443
Description:
Security Certificate is expired or Synchronization Failure. Port 443 is blocked by a firewall or Internet Services Provider (worst case scenario)
Solutions: May vary depending on your Answers.
  1. If you use Firefox browser, its a common issue.
  2. If you use Yahoo messenger, its port may have been blocked.
  3. If you use Plug-ins, either one is having problems and you have to remove it or it has jammed browser configurations.
  4. If your browser is not Updated properly please Update it and check.
  5. Date and Time is the Main Player who would cause such a Problem. You must check System Date and Time. If it has been changed, please set the Correct Date and Time. Either a Plug-in or a Recent Installed or Uninstalled software might have changed it. Or your CMOS battery may need a Replacement.
  6. If you use a Firewall, it might have Blocked the Application or the Port (which is the Secure Sockets Layer Port - Default is 443). Then you have to Adjust and Allow it. To check whether the Port only is blocked you can go to another Login page which uses SSL and verify it. You can try login to a Gmail account if you have one.

The Most Common Reason:
If the System Date or Time had been changed this could occur. That is the most common issue. If you have installed or uninstalled an application it may have reversed the Date and/or Time. It might be a Browser Plug-in as well. If you have recently Installed a Plug-in (or un-installed) it might have caused that. So you have to either disable or un-install the plug-in.
Conclusion:
If you need to know how to change the System Date/Time Settings or Plug-ins or your Firewall Configurations (Anti Virus Suites does also provide Firewalls these days) please let me know.
Don't hesitate to contact me again using this thread.
Thanks for contacting Fixya!

I started getting the same message/problem when I upgraded Firefox to the latest version. I went to google and searched Firefox - until I found another version 3.5. I installed 3.5 and have had no problem since.

I keep getting a pop up saying invalid certificate 443 yahoo toolbar

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

If you're using Windows XP, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or remove Programs. Then locate the Yahoo Toolbar and click on Uninstall. After the toolbar is uninstalled, reboot your computer. This should solve your problem.

Us.data.toolbar.yahoo.com:443 invalid security cirtificate iwant valid security cirtificate

Unless you set your browser up for high security, this certificate is bogus. Rarely does a security certificate notice appear on yahoo without having set your browser up for high security.
Lower your security if it set to high and see if the message disappears. If your browser security is set to normal, then this is a bogus certificate for a bogus yahoo site.
