Question about Zebra Stripe S600 Thermal Label Printer
It has been my experience this can be caused by the labels not being loaded correctly. Doubel check the labels are feeding through the lower sensor. It looks like a small arm under the large plastic piece under the front small rollers.

Sounds to me like it could very well be a faulty clutch in the feed assembly...The clutch mechanism is like a measureing tape and if it goes bad and fails to actuate at the right time then either it's connection to the board nedds reseating or the spring loaded flapper got bumped out of place, the spring fell off or broke or you just have a bad clutch thats not working anymore... check for this first...
