printer, have a problem printing the reports on tractor
paper 14" X 11" size on MS Windows XP, it was good on

Have you set it up under Printers & Faxes to print on that size paper by
default?

I think you really mean you have a printer connected to your PC not the
other way around. You make no mention of the type of problem you have or
whether or not you contacted Panasonic.

And the problems it makes are ????
You are not saying what is wrong, doesn't work, or isn't as you want it.
You also don't say what program you are using to print the reports, which
makes a HUGE difference.
Please post details as a reply to this thread.

Hey Silly Question,
U really have not given enough info, I am not sure from
what U have said that U can blame it on the OS!
I suggest that U look over the settings!
I am wondering: is the printer running on the XP mini-
driver or have U installed a panisonic XP printer driver
or did U try to install the 98 driver from disk. Anyway,
you will need to give alot mor info.
You could call panasonic printer tech support. However if
U are working with a dot matrix I imagine there will be a
fee for the support!
