Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: my hyper extension machine jn 1360 walking machine

I believe the underside of the magnetic key (the one that stops the machine if you remove it) contains an electronic component that becomes faulty. The machine "thinks" the key is not in place even though it is. My solution was to take the console apart and bypass the faulty component (DO NOT try this unless you have a basic understanding of how NOT to be electrocuted and how NOT to cause fires, shortcircuits, and/or general mayhem). The alternative is track down an electronics repair type person to do it. BUT the
downside for me is that I've lost that instant stop function when you slip/fall/etc.

Hyper extension treadmill model TS 1368 has a blank but lit display screen and starts straight into full speed when turned on and none of the buttons work.

First of check the connections form the main board on the motor side to console and also there inside the console for any lose contact. In both side it would be a detachable connector. Detach it and reconnect it. Be sure to remove the power cord before accessing the inside circuitry. Because treadmill have live parts, which can lead to electric shock.
if it doesn't help the you have to go for a new condole. for that you have to contact the service center.
