had a paper jam I thought fixed but the paper light still flashes

i shut down printing process but i see paper jamed ,i turn it back on a the green light comes on 2or 3 seconds then goes off

ApprenticeAny paper jam has to be cleared first but after it is clear, re-insert the paper tray, make sure all doors are closed then hold down the
"GO" button until only solid green shows.
