Question about Sony Dash Personal Internet Viewer HIDC10
My problem was my router's authentication type was set at "Shared". Once I changed it to "Automatic", I connected without a problem. I remembered this same issue with a new laptop that we couldn't connect to our WiFi. On the laptop, I went into the wireless properities & changed the security type to Shared. Unfortunately this isn't an option on the Dash, so you have to change it on the Router (using the router software). Hope this helps!
