Question about Lands Phones
Most of this problems does come from the service provides but can also be from the phone or the way the phone is being used.
when the phone is in a region where the network signal is not that strong or there are buildings that distruct signals you can have such problems.
try doing the following:
1. during call making make sure there is enough network signal.
2. locations at where you stand must be further away from tall buildings and other obstructive objects.
3. try as much as you can to keep your hands off from around the internal signal receiver(at the top part of the phone: please refer to the phone user manual)...hold the phone like you would hold a home land line phone(hold onlly the bottom part of the phone..............failure to do hold the phone this way will increase the demand on battery use and interfere in signal and communication quality.
practising this tips should solve the problem but then if the problem persist the it is time to see the service provider or maybe a phone technician. whichever comes first.
