Question about Televison & Video
It is possible that the main board is having a dry soldering on the board which can be traced to the section where you are possibliby noticng some heating.
Open the panel and tap on the boarrd lightly to see if there is any change on the section. .Remove to see the solder joints and use a good iron to solder with fresh solder.
Secondly there can weakness of capcitors in the Power supply as this might reduce the +B and create this shunting action to come forth. So take a quicck look and change suspected capacitors if the +B voltage is low.
Finally check onthe driver section for any capacitors seen weak. The solderring in this section must be looked into carefully.
