Check whether it is blocked by your administrator or any parental control software like Cyberoids Web Blocker(http://cyberoids.co.nr) is installed or any browser plugins like WOT(Parental Control Plugins) is installed.

If yes, use proxy sites like http://www.tntproxy.com/ to browser those websites.

If no, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and open it with notepad. Check if facebook is listed in the file and if yes delete it and save the file. You can now access any website.

i can't open facebook on my computer...... all web site open but only facebook doesn't open in my computer,,,,,..... is it block by someone ??? i don't know,,.....i think so its block by someone... please tell me how can i solve this problem...... why do i face this problen ??? actually i'm a new user....

It sounds like the network that you are using has Facebook access blocked.
The network administrator probably got tired of all of the bandwidth going to non-productive Facebook activities.

The reason you cant open the facebook is because you dont have a flash player. If you can access other sites but your facebook page is garbled, you may go to this site:

www.adobe.com and download a flash player.

it may have your internet connection problem, if other sites are opening it mean that the facebook may blocked from the connection provider,
You can also try other browsers like opera, Firefox or chrome etc.

Facebook can not work

Try to open the website through google.com. Also check your router settings if the site is not blocked. And check the Internet settings (Open browser-> Internet options-> security-> Restricted website-> Sites).
