Question about GPS
What model/year Pajero? Basically, are you removing an aftermarket immobiliser or circumventing a built-in unit? If its the former, then typically these immobilisers work by interrupting the +12v supply to either fuel solenoid cutoff, ignition (petrol), fuel pump (petrol?). Most immobilisers will have 2 'channels' which they can interrupt, so that even by reconnecting one, the other will still be immobilised offering a level of protection. If the immobiliser is properly installed, the wires going to it will all be black (they have little tags, which are removed as the last task of installation)) and it will have 2 earths - meaning that if any one wire is cut on it, it will sense this.
So basically, you need to look up the location and colour codes of the wires for the fuel pump relay, ignition or fuel cutoff solenoid, and rejoin these.

If the immobiliser was factory fitted (in which case the transponder will be built in to the ignition key), it is part the electronic engine management system. In order to remove it you would have to build a new engine management system without an immobiliser. It will be far cheaper to go to the dealer, get a new key and get the immobiliser programmed to recognise the new key.
If the immobiliser is an aftermarket add-on, it should be possible for a good car security installer (many good car audio installers are also security systems installers) and have the system either removed or replaced.
