Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
My Zen is still working but the screen went blank
screen went black
Try putting it in recovery mode, detach it from anything like a charger
or PC make sure that it is off, press and hold the play button while
powering on, when you see the logo release the play button, for this
problem you must select the reload OS firmware and then follow
It could also be that there is a fracture line that distorts the circuitry to the LCD screen. If this is the case, you will have to get the screen replaced, or better yet, might as well purchase a new piece.
The cost of repairing the screen will amount to nearly the same as a new player, so might as well go in for a new one.
Hope that helps!
