Just make sure that you are using the right software for your phone(mac in this case: some drives are for windows) and also they are compatible.(you can do this by reading your phone manual)
if you are still not satisfied try it on a different PC with a windows operating system or still a mac if you so prefer.
good luck

I want to send data to my Gigaset 810 Cordless Phone from my Samsung Galaxy S5830 via Bluetooth

Common issue, some bluetooth devices seem to pair but actually won't work correctly. If you paired and then couldn't get any result, tried this repeatedly, so you should resignate, it is not working.

How to I get a picture that's on my phone onto my pc?

Hello,

You can get picture transferred to Your computer using the bluetooth of Your phone or through the USB connection or through the memory card of Your device.

To use the bluetooth of Your phone please follow the steps below:
  1. Ensure the computer has a bluetooth device or You connect a bluetooth dongle to the computer,
  2. Turn on the bluetooth of Your phone,
  3. Select the picture You want to send to Your computer one by one,
  4. Then You select receive a file from the bluetooth option from Your computer,
  5. It will search for the phones bluetooth device, then You accept it from the computer, do not use the pass key mode on the bluetooth settings,
  6. It will load and send the file to the phone.

To send picture through the memory card, please follow the steps below:
  1. Turn off the phone,
  2. Remove the memory card of the phone,
  3. Get a memory card reader and insert Your memory card into it,
  4. Then You connect the memory card reader to the computer,
  5. It will read like a USB drive and install its drivers,
  6. Open the file to view folders, or You go to the phone and open it from its position i.e Removable drive E:,
  7. Go to the picture You want to send to Your computer and copy then to the document of the computer,
  8. Safely remove the device by ejecting it from Your computer(to eject right click on the position and select eject),

To transfer picture to the computer using the USB cable, please follow the steps below:
  1. Connect the USB cable to the phone,
  2. Connect it to the computer,
  3. The computer will install the drivers of the phone,
  4. Then You open file to view folder,
  5. If the phone does not connect to the computer, it might require the software disc that came with the phone, insert it into the computer and allow it install,
  6. Once the computer recognizes the phone,
  7. Click on open files to view folder,
  8. Then You select the pictures You want to transfer to the computer and send them to Your computers picture folder.

Hope this helped. Thank You for using FixYa!!!

Just bought nokia 2330 classic took three photos to put on pc don't know how can you help ?? am 80 so not very tec not very clear in the book as to what to do

hi, does your pc have a bluetooth or infrared connection? If so, you can use either of these to transfer the photos to the pc. But the 2330 has no other connection (there is a sub-micro usb style port under the cover on the top left of the phone but no means to make use of this). Alternatively, use bluetooth or inrared to send the pics to another phone that does hae a usb connection and use that to get the pictures on the pc. - Swanny

I have bluetooth but when i send music from someones elses phone, it sends, but i cant listen to it or set it as a ringtone

Depending on your cell phone and cell phone provider, there may be a formating issue, you should try to send it to a PC using a bluetooth dongle and test the file to ensure it is working

How do i get my photo off my SGH E-317 phone onto my laptop

If you can send email from your phone, it might be easiest simply to email the picture to yourself from the phone.

Otherwise if your phone has Bluetooth and your laptop has Bluetooth you can try a Bluetooth File Transfer.

Otherwise you'll have to try to find a data cable for your phone.

Bluetooth LG TU500

I suggest reducing the size of the SD card to a 512mb and you should have no problem. There have been problems with the 1GB for these phones and I mhave 2 of these phones and they both have 512mb with no problem any larger and they keep giving error messages
