How can i recover from this problem??

You did not mention the brand name and model of your photocopier machine. But C-3451 is usually the code related to fusing unit/Heater Section. In order to get rid of this problem you have to reset the code. After resetting if the code appears again, then there is problem with thermisters, heat roller.

Kyocera fs 1030d: first sequence: 1.led:green

THE PROBLEM IS THE FUSER, YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE ENTIRE TEAM AND IN THE BACK OF PART WHERE IS HEATS UP THE PAGE, BETWEEN ROLLER GREY AND ORANGE, ALLI THIS FUSER. HIM REMOVING THE ENTIRE PIECE THIS SUBJECT TO TWO SCREWS, YOU MUST DISCONNECT THE CABLES (THREE PAIRS), THE PIECE THAT YOU JUST EXTRACTED HAS TWO SCREWS THAT HOLD A BONBILLO THAT IS INSIDE THE GRAY CYLINDER, THERE BELOW YOU WILL SEE A SMALL WHITE PIECE THAT IS SUSTAINED BY TWO SCREW WHICH ARRIVE TWO CABLES, THE DRAW AND THEN TO THE WHITE PIECE WITH A FINE NEEDLE HIM GOING TO PASS UNDERNEATH AND CAREFULLY RAISE THE BLACK PARTIF THE VERIVICAS SHOULD GIVE CONTINUITY WITH EN MULTIMETRO O METER OF VOLTAGE. IF YOU WANT THE CAN BUY ALSO IN AN ELECTRONICA. SORRY ENGLISH

Printer is saying that the cover is open although it is not. This has occurred after a paper jam which has since been cleared

the papaer jam has left a small sensor open (prob has paper still stuck in it telling the machine its cover is open in most cases this problem is hard to find best way to try to fix it is to bang it hard to try to release the pin sensor

good luck

Muratec 1430d. copies come out 75% black. erase lamp ok, new drum installed. whats next

Toner Cartridges can be defective, I hope its a new one and not a "re-fill".
Try a new cartridge "or" try to print a test pattern to see if prob is in Printer section or Optics.
Press ..Setting, *, 0,9. then select Test Pattern Print.
Select either "checkered", squares, or ladder..select paper size to print onto then press YES. if test prints are good then prob is in Optics...if test prints are no good its possibly the toner cartridge...also open RHS door/cover and check the fusing unit heat roller.
Oh..test patterns will keep printing...you have to Press STOP to stop them.

Open heat error

From looking at the manual it looks as if you have a faulty thermistor. When warming up, it has to heat up to at least 60 degrees. If it stays lower then 60 degrees celsius for over 35 seconds and doesn't reach 60 within that time frame then that would cause the open heat error that is happening on your machine.

Engine Fuser Low Heat Error

ther is a prob in your fusing unit, chances are the thermistor is not working, if you can still feel some heat in this area, either the lamps are working fine but the sensing device fails to read the actual temp.

you need a tech to correct this prob

Machine says open heat error what does that mean? it will not send faxes or receive or copy

You need to replace the fuser. There is a different type of element in that heat roll and the element goes bad.
It is easy to replace, if y ou open the right side door and look on the upper portion of the frame there are 4 silver phillips screws that hold it in. On the right side there is a small plastic cover over one white conntector, you remove the 4 screws, unplug the one small connector and pull the fuser out, just reverse the procedure to install.
Look up on google a place called The Parts Drop, Call or E-mail them, If you call ask for Britt or Joe. They will have what you need.
I think a fuser is approximatly $200. A little less I think.
But that is your problem and its an easy fix.

That is a fixing ass'y problem. the upper fusing roller needs to be replasced with the heatting element with it inside of roller. It is proble groulding the AC throw the UFR a common prob. You also have to replace a small fuse under the fuser drive gear as while. Good luck
