We move the tv from living room to bed room and we have to change the chanel from 3 to 60 to get the tv to work on dish network, we try to change from 3 to 60 we try evereything whit no result, we call dish network and they told us to call Olivia.

. Make sure that you don't have mute on, and make sure your TV speakers are turn on. Go to menu and see if there is a way to turn your internal speakers on. If you can't fine anything , then your audio processor could be locked up, and if you unplug your TV for 30 MIN. it will reset the processor back to normal. Good luck and have a nice Day.

If the remote in your bedroom is changing your channels in your living room, 2 things could be causing this. The first if you have a dual receiver, the receiver may be in single mode. You should have a green (TV 1), amber (mode), and/or blue light (TV 2). If the blue light does not come on when you press select or Power on the TV 2 remote, you are in single mode. Next to the mode light, there should be a single and dual indication for the mode the receiver is in. If it is in single mode, simply press the mode button to change from single to dual mode.

If the receiver is not a dual receiver, then the remotes are on the same remote address and would need to be changed. I have provided a link with instructions for readdressing the remote to the receiver. This only needs to be done on 1 of the receivers and remotes.

Need a Dual LNB on dish outside. Or you need a seperate box in that room.

I have had the same problem I have two bell receivers one in the bedroom and one in the living room, in low light the remote in the living room would work much like yours, but if I took the same remote into the bedroom it worked fine in low light, the second remote responded exactly the same, the problem in my situation was the TV had a light sensor that adjusts the picture depending on the light in the room, with this option turned off. The remote works just fine in low light situation.

I f you have cable at the new location follow it back to a splitter. Remove the one you used to use and screw in the one you want to use. They should all terminate at the same location.
