Question about Audio Players & Recorders
The same thing happened to mine. On mine the problem was in the right ear piece. Just gently tug on or turn the soft black part and it will pop off. There are two little screws you need to take out. Then there will be two plastic clasps holding it from the inside. Gentle separate with a small flat screw driver and push them in. I couldn't get the circular metal part off where the mic tube comes in so I just dealt with the small space... i.e. I couldn't lift it up all the way. Good luck, hope that helps. Dave
