Question about Computers & Internet
For Windows Operating System, right click the My Computer icon and select MANAGE. Once the window pops up, find SERVICES and APPLICATIONS in the tree to the left and expand it.Then you will click on SERVICES. Now you will be able to see the service you need to start. Right click it and select START. If it says its already started and its not working, click RESTART.
