Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hi. E73: General Hardware Error: Ethernet port... this error is caused by a problem with the Ethernet port. Try this troubleshooting. Remove the A/V cord from the back of the XBox 360. Stick two sticks into the fans to prevent them from spinning. This will cause the system to overheat within five minutes. You will know its done when the first and third quadrants light up red on the system (indicating the system has overheated). Unplug the system, plug it back in and turn it on to see if it was successful. (Note: While this method does not void your warranty, if your XBox is still under warranty I suggest sending to Microsoft to fix.)
