Question about Vacuums
Depends on what is wrong with it.
Two basic problems that can exist -
Circuit breaker can be tripped
Blades can be caught up.
Unplug unit and re-set breaker on bottom of unit. Get an appropriate size allen wrench and insert into bottom of unit and manually turn chopper blades. Remove allen wrench, plug in and start unit up.
