Question about Televison & Video
Had tv only 3 months used. I bought a new bulb for it but, that wasn't the problem. When plugged in no lights what so ever comes on. I checked the fans and they turn freely. When unplugged and plugged back in you can hear 2 clicking sounds but that's it. What's wrong with it???
If the set is only 3 months old, it is under warranty. Place the old bulb back in to the unit and return it for warranty exchange or repair. Basically the set is going into shutdown because a problem was detected inside. This is done to prevent further damage. This will be covered under warranty.
