Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
For installing it first you will have to clerar the entries from the registry , and then try fresh install,
for this process you will have to be bit carefull , as we will have to delete only entries for msoffice , please follow the process,
however please take a back up of registry before you start the process, as go to start select run and type regedit and press enter.
once you are on registry editor , click on file and select export selcet the location as desktop so that it would be easy to locate the registry back up ,
once done with back up now go to hkey_localmachinethen go to software then look for all the products installed in msoffice indivisually and delete them like you wil find entries for word , exel , seperately, wo wil have to look for each and every products installed via msoffice. once deleted all the registry entries , restart the computer, and try to reinstall msoffice it will work absolutely fine .
