I can't see clearly what's your problem with the channels in 1622. In case you have available a second source, make all the necesary input settings (depends on the input) and slide up the relative fader; the upper you set it, the higher volume you get from this input.
You asked also a user manual. Here is the direct official link for you to download the English version. In case you'd like another just inform me with a post. Note that the model 1622 is an older one; the model that is nowadays equal to 1622 is 1622FX. In two words it's the same model but the FX has also integrated effects.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

I have just bought an Behringer EP4000 amp. How do I connect 2 x B1520 and 1 x B1800X speakers to this amp? Thanks!

You don't (unless you want two B1520's on one channel and the sub on another). Reading the manuals would help.

The EP4000 amp drives only two channels. It CAN be bridged for one speaker but it won't support two channel and bridged mode simultaneously.

The B1520 subwoofeer is PASSIVE so it will need a dedicated amplifier to power it and control its volume independently of other speaker channels.

Where (on-line) can we find download for advanced manual for Behringer PMP 4000 16 channel powered mixer? What we found on-line was the exact manual that came with the mixer.

There really ISN'T and "advanced" manual... Everything you need to know is in the user manual that comes with it... Service manual with schematics will not give you much you can use unless you are into electronics detail.

PLEASE read my tip about Behringer PMP mixers on here regarding a hazard if you use Speakon to 1/4 inch cables or adapters. Essentially, the sleeve, NOT the tip is the HOT lead for a speaker on channel A. Ground it inadvertently and goodbye channel A amp.

Be VERY careful of speaker leads with this amp as it is easy to pop a channel IF a speaker comes loose or shorts. Loop cables through the handlesto avoid cables being yanked out or breaking plugs.

I cant find a user manual for a behringer intelligate noise gate could you suggest where i can get one

Only thing online is the spec sheet. Normally one using this device would know how to use it and the controls are really simple.
A user manual would NOT say very much as the use would vary so much. I would recommend searching for "noise gate usage" or similar GENERAL information. The controls are so few and simple anything you find will usually apply. You might search for a manual for another brand that might give information you need. The concept of these devices is simple and user manual will have a lot of commonality.

Connecting a guitar amp to a mixer amp

Hi cliff

Connect either of the XLR DI output of the Behringer directly to a MIC IN channel on the Powerpod using a standard Microphone cable. If you wish to push a stereo sound then connect both(L + R) of the XLR DI outputs from the amp... that's about all you need to do. The only reason you need to use stereo(both XLR Outs) from the Behringer is if you want a full stereo FX output from the amp, otherwise you can get away with 1 connected. You may need to back the gain off for those channels on the power pod. You can get a manual for the Powerpod from here

and user manual for the acx900 here

Hope this has helped you, If not, feel free to ask any questions. Cheers.
