Question about Cell Phones
Friend, All telecom companies give some numbers for tele-marketing. These are the unlisted numbers and can not be called back. The call that you received is one of those calls trying to market some products. The number is genuine but unlisted and cannot be called back. It happens to most of us everyday. So, please do not give it a second thought. All you can do is to register your number with a service "Do Not Disturb", if your country has one. Once registered, such calls will stop unless they are from your service provider. To do this you must call up the helpline of your service provider.

Hello. The websites are always the last to learn that a number has been disconnected. You could try using what is called a reverse phone book which will allow you to type in the number and then it will give your the info on who's number it is. To find the reverse phone book just google reverse phone book... J.
