Question about Kenmore HE2 Plus Front Load Washer
Try unpluging the washer for 5 to 10 minutes,the computer gets out of wack sometime and needs to be restarted just like your house computer,did you find the tech sheet while you were working on the pump,if so look up what's happening to you and follow the instructions,let me know how you make out

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely, if the issue returns then it is time for a new pump. Hope this
