Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
You may have a faulty phone ...needs to be returned...the flex cable in the screen is damaged or loose.does the screen come on at all?
if it does that means your screen flex cable is faulty and if it doesn't your main flex cable is loose maybe from a fall or water damage. This needs to be handled by a qualified service tech. to get to the main flex cable the screen cover would have to be removed via the four screws located under the 4 rubber stubs on the main inner screen. You need to have a t6 otr a t4 screw driver to remove the cover.the main flex cable pops right off but the ear piece flex cable is a little more difficult.thanks !
