Question about Motorola Mobility Q9m Smartphone
It's sound to me like you guys might have dead cell... change the battery and it should be fine.
1: Try and charge battery when it's totally off/flat
2: Only charge battery till battery full indication comes up.
3: When disconnecting battery switch phone off first.
4: When phone is not in use don't leave it in the sun facing the battery.
.....Hope this helps.
