Texting issue (by 2 users)

We have a fleet of 25 motorola Q9' we now have a problem thest 1/4 of these are only able to send 1 text message, then have to reboot phone to send anymore. The phone & push email functions are fine.

I have the same problem but i have a q9h ... please send me a solution other then reloading the software.
