Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
You either damaged the mother board or you messed up the thermal paste that was cover the CPU and GPU.
sounds like the the processor is over heating and its causing the system to shut down before it burned up the board. basicly your thermal paste between your processor and the heatsink isnt doing its job. there could be a crack on it might have just degraded over time.
this can cause the system to freeze or see things on the screen. it needs to be repaired before more issues happen.
