Green light will not stop blinking

I removed the DM power board with the seven caps. This is all over the internet as a fix. They look perfect is this the issue?

Is this the main solution for when the light never stops blinking? I have read posts abut the 4 other caps inside the DM unit. I found a new DM board 935c986002 for $55. I was going to give it a try.

I replaced the 7 caps on the DM power supply WS65511 tv. The green light still blinks continuously. Checked the install of the caps three times no luck. Checked the fuses on the same board no problem. What is the next step?

Often the capacitors will show no visible sign of swelling. 90% of the time the blinking light symptom is caused by those capacitors

The other DMs with the 4 capacitors are for different mitsubishi models such some have 4 your model is actually the DM power supply board that has the 7 capacitors and not the actual DM

Mitsubishi green blinking light of death

Hi Jim,

Green blinking light of death on Mitsubishi DLP TV means that the DM failed to booted up. I would advice you to replaced the 7 1000uf electrolytic capacitor on the DM board. Most of the time it fixed the symptoms. Please inquire at tvrepairworld.com if they have an available DM repair kit for V36 chassis (WD-57733 chassis).

Green blinking timer light on my WD 62525 tv

That symptom is almost always caused by bad capacitors that are known to fail through ou the five circuits boards within the chassis. Usually the DM board and The Power Board caps fail which can cause the non stop blinking timer led. You can get the V26 Chassis DM / Power repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the caps with repair instructions that will often repair that issue.

Green blinking light following a power outage

I rebuild the DM power supply in these sets with about a 50% success rate. Sometimes changing the 7 1000uf caps on the small power supply in the DM will fix it, you'll also have to solder the small 8 pin ICs as well. Do this carefully as you do not want an accidental bridge. If this does not fix your problem, replace the DM-POWER board not the DM Assembly. It's about a 300 dollar difference. You'll need a mitsubishi authorized service center to order the part for you. Goodluck.

The DM board is the one with the digital connectors on the back panel. If you already have it appart, you may as well check the caps on all of the boards. The caps that go bad are typically Jamicon brand caps in 1000 uF and 330 uF values. There are also a couple of 3300 uF caps in the PS that cause problems.
