Question about Balance CN6555 Notebook
I have no literature on this product, no recovery disc's, etc. can i dump to original purchase? system restore does nothing. also it says the TmProxy module experienced acritical error, to please reinstall the program internal error:5[PH=0, ENG=00000001] does this computer have any hope?
This is a reference to PC-Cillin / Trend Micro ("TM"). Are you running Trend Micro PC-Cillin on your computer. Are you using more than one anti-virus program? You should only use one as they will conflict with each other.
Try getting in through Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key while the pc is rebooting. Once in uninstall and reinstall your anti virus program.
