Download Malwarebytes at www.malwarebytes.com , install the program it is free. Update it if possible and then run the quick scan. You will be amazed at how many viruses it will find. Once it has found all of the viruses, click on the button to remove them. Reboot, update and run a full scan.

Press either delete or f2 during the boot up process to enter BIOS you can try to rid the virus working from there be very careful if that does'nt work try removing your hard drive from your computer leaving it for 4-8 hrs in a dark place then re-install it this process worked for me
