Screen is pink and green with no sound tv was bought 2 weeks ago

The green tint is a common problem with Samsung. However, As you mentioned that the screen is pink and green and even the sound is not there, is an indication of hardware failure. This is not a common problem with Samsung. You could try to unplug the TV for few minutes, say 15 minuets and then turn it ON - if that would help the situation. As the unit is only 14 days old ( I am pretty sure it would be under warranty ), contact the seller / manufacturer and get it replaced. This seems to be much more than a problem with calibration issue.

If you wanted to fix it yourself, i could guide you.However, that would void any warranty. You need to have the service manual and i could tell you few pointers.
