Question about Nintendo Wii Fit Plus for Wii

1 Answer

Can't get to one flag on WII Fit Advanced Cycling - I can see the flag, it is near the flag that is at the end of the tunnel with sand. I can't get to it. When I get to the flag at the end of the tunnel, it is surrounded by walls. I can see the flag with blue or water, but how do I get it. When I go down on the path, it appears to be up in the rocks. HELP! I have done this course lots of time and keep getting stuck on that one flag.

On top of the hill, there is a flag that you have to get. if you look to the right, there is a tunnel, and then you have to go in there and then at the exit, it is a dead end sand pit. the flag is there.

Heard of Google or eBay?

"bicycle safety flag" has tons of hits on both.

If you really wan tthe kids to be safe, fit them properly with Snell or ANSI-approved helmets and teach them to ride as vehicles, defensively, predictably and courteously.

A wise rider always rides as if he is unseen. A flag or a painted line on the pavement will not protect you.

Google "bicycle safety advice" and "effective cycling" for an engineer's approach to safe cycling. I took the course, which used to be offered by the League of American Bicyclists.

My wii fit plus won t let me do basic or advanced steps

Hello,
The Basic Step workout should be unlocked from the very beginning. You unlocked Advanced Step by completing Basic Step several times.

If you Basic Step option is unavailable from the start, I would recommend creating a new Wii/Mii Profile and testing it with a new game save to see if what you were experiencing is a software bug.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Can't seem to find one flag on island cycling advanced level. Where is it?

It's in the end of the tunnel on the top of the island. You can's see it on the map unless you're close enough (if you're in the tunnel already).

I had the same problem myself. After nearly 40 mins of trying and trying the Wii fit board eventually synchronized with out the Wii remotes being affected. The main thing is to make sure you do not hold down the red button on Wii console for more than 10 seconds as this unsyns the remotes. Hope this helps

Wii Fit Plus loses the Advanced levels when you take the disc out. You have to re-earn that level, however, it does keep the scores when you get back in. Shouldn't it always keep the Advanced levels open?

Discovered that whatever Mii you pick first has to be the one to open the advanced levels. It does save it under that person, but if the whole family is playing and you go back in and pick someone else first, then that person won't have the advanced levels until it is achieved.

Wii fit plus, island cycling, expert ,can't find one of the flags

I found all of the flags on my fourth or fifth try. It still took 48 minutes so do not get discouraged. There is one behind the light house.
I had most trouble with the one at the ruins. You have to turn off the main road on the back side of the island to get to the flag. You go up a grassy hill about half way around the back of the island.
Keep in mind that the tunnels in the volcano are like a 3D maze.... to save time and distance, sometimes it is good to ride off a cliff or into the water as this is an instant short cut to the last flag found. The blue ramps are the best way back and forth across the river... good luck

Leaking oil at spline shaft slip yoke at rear of transmission

there is a long bush type bearing in this tunnel just at the end were the seal fits in it can were out and let the prop shaft flap about, this in turn rips the seal to bits,,,also the yoke has a polished part on the end that go's over the spline into the end of the gear box tunnel the seal can were a groov into this part, and no amount of new seals will stop it leaking them as the new seal runs in this worn out groov, again ripping it to bits,,,test the long bush type bearing by holding the prop shaft yoke and pushing it up and to the side, if it moves about replace the bush in the end of the tunnel as well,, its a push in fit! with a big hammer!!
if the yoke has a groov in it you need a new prop as all prop shafts are balanced so you can just fit a new yoke it could throw the car up in the air when your driving it down the free way,,,,by shaking it apart
i hope this is of help to you

My wii fit board will not stay on when I press the button. I have put new batteries in it.

The WII Fit board will only stay on, if there is a game loaded and waiting to access the board. For instance, the WII Fit game will prompt you to turn on the the WII Fit board. If you turn it on before prompted, the WII Fit board will turn itself off.

However, assuming you do not have a hard ware problem and you have already put in fresh batteries. you may have to resync the WII Fit board and the WII. Try pressing the red button on the WII Fit Board (near batteries) and the WII itself (near the SD card slot).

I cannot remove the plate to pute the other plate on

Here's a copy of the manual instructions...
Detail Sanding
Your tool is equipped with a teardrop base which allows you to use it on large flat surfaces
and tight spots or corners.
The pad tips may wear unevenly, depending on use. The pads are designed to allow you to
interchange and /or rotate the diamond tip.
Fitting Sanding Sheets ( Fig. 2)
• Detach the two diamond-shaped tips from the sanding sheet.

If this doesn't provide enough information, take a look at the pictures in the manual at the following link: http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/documents/English/Instruction%20Manual/589307-02,MS550GBMS550GH.pdf

If you still have difficulty getting the base off, write back and let me know specifically what the trouble is and I'll try to help you with it.
• Hold the tool with the sanding base facing upwards.
• Place the sanding sheet onto the sanding base.
The diamond-shaped tip can be reversed and replaced when worn.
• When the front part of the tip is worn, detach it from the sheet, reverse it and press it onto
the sanding base again.
• When the whole tip is worn, remove it from the sanding base and fit a new tip.
Tip of the Sanding Base ( Fig. 3)
When the sanding base tip is worn, it can be reversed or replaced.
• Remove the screw.
• Reverse or replace the worn part.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Finger Attachment ( Fig. 4)
The finger attachment is used for fine detail sanding.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the sanding base.
• Fit the finger attachment onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Contour Holder Attachment (Fig. 5)
• The contour sanding pieces are for sanding curved surfaces and grooves.
• Remove the screw.
• Remove the diamond-shaped tip holder from the
sanding base.
• Fit the contour holder onto the sanding base.
• Fit and tighten the screw.
Fitting and Removing a Contour Piece (Fig. 6 & 7)
• Choose the contour sanding piece profile most suitable for your application.
• Place one end of the contour sanding piece into the recess at
the front end of the profile holder.
• Push the other end of the contour sanding piece until it clicks
into place.
To remove the contour sanding piece, push it forward then pull the rear end out of
the profile holder (fig. 7).
Fitting a Sanding Sheet Onto a Contour Sanding Piece (Fig. 8)
• Align the sanding sheet with the contour sanding piece.
• Press the sanding sheet onto the contour sanding piece, making
sure that the sanding sheet follows the shape of the profile.

Chipped wii

It might be compatibility issues between the hardware from the chip and the software used to run Wii Fit. If its this either try getting an imported one or think about getting another wii or taking the chip out.
