Question about Zebra P330i Thermal Card Printer
Please make sure you are using a genuine ribbon that is compatible for your printer model, a color ribbon would be 800015-440 or a higher yield 800015-540. Make sure the ribbons are under 2 years old and are not replica ribbons.
Please check your ribbon and make sure the white adhesive label on the side of the ribbon spool is not damaged.
In some cases incorrect driver installation will also cause the ribbon to be unrecognized by the system. You can reinstall the printer driver.
The last and least common scenario is that the printers ribbon detection module needs to be replaced.

Try to send the command !SA from the driver. And run the Ribbon calibration
