A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from AT&T to unlock your SIM card.

Since I don't know the name of you carrier, I'm using AT&T as an example. Most carriers use the same methodology though the wording may be different.

You can obtain your phone's PUK code from AT&T in one of these ways:

• Log in to myAT&T online
• Use our Technical Support Chat.

To get your phone's PUK code online:

Really funny, you can't unlock lg neon gt365 from fido network with your puk code. PUK code only can avoid your sim card blocking if you entering wrong password. If you want to unlock your phone network so you change your sim card with other sim card you will need lg unlock code.
