Nope, you cant.
If they are on there own computer, you have no way of finding who they are talking to. And its a good job you cant. If you could, there would be no privacy, and everyone could see who everyone else is talking to.
You need to ask your friend and trust them. If you dont have trust, they dont seem much of a friend
