This is most likely due to the fact that you don't have enough memory, or have it allocated properly if you DO have adequate memory, then the only other thing, it may be is size & format, you may need to convert your Pictures to "Fit" and display on the phones screen. Check your manual out for the type of Format & for the Maximum size of pictures, and reformat & resize whatever you need to copy to the Phone.

does your phone have an external memory card if so check to make sure the memory card isnt locked and if thats not the case plug your nokia into a computer then take a snapshot.

For saving setting you will have some free memory if free memory is not available then It will not install.
For installing please first release some memory from phone memory.

Unable to unload pictures from camera to computer

I would never use my camera to transfer pix to computer. I would buy a (usb or other) card reader and save wear and tear on camera.
