type(2) In order to deal with type2 Windows case you take the Windows back or contact with the manager of the online or offline store that sold you the Windows and ask for a rebate or replacement. If you have bought it from an online store the chances are that you will not have a reply because there is a lot of hoax is going on the internet but at least you can try.
