None of my electric windows work, they are all stuck open and will not go up

Are you sure the window lock switch is in the "operating" position. The drivers window problem is usually a broken wire or a worn out window motor but the other windows can be made non-operational if the window lock switch is in the wrong position...if it is set correctly it may be the Body control module (in the dash behind the radio).

Hi there, could someone please help me with a code for my Peugeot expert vans' radio. The cd player does not work but the rest is fine, so I don't want to pay the dealer for the code when it;s only half...

Hi,

Unfortunately this is a Clarion Radio and there are no codes widely available for these. There are codes available for a limited number of serials and yours is not one of them.

If you want to get this radio operational again then a dealer is your only option which is likely to be costly given the unit is only part working. Your money would be better spent on an aftermarket unit that you can take out and use again in another car or van when you sell this one.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Non working haogen wall heater

First, you'll need to check all connections going to the unit.  Often, a poor connection will blow bulbs and not allow enough current to pass for heating.  Also, check any switch external to the unit.  Use a good meter to check for resistance.  It should be nearly nil.  Be sure to do all checks with the breaker off!
