The most common problem that causes this to occour is a problem with the power supply. Check for any blown capacitors or shorted resistors, a blown capacitor will look like a cylinder with the top bulging outwards and a shorted resistor often comes with a small burnt out area around the component.
If your tech savvy you can replace the capacitors, or anything else that is blown yourself, otherwise you can take it to the closest repair shop and they may be able to replace for you. I hope this helps.
